SS&C Acquires Alternative Investor Services Business from Citi

Acquisition Expands SS&C Fund Administration Global Footprint

(“SS&C”) (Nasdaq: SSNC), a leading global provider of financial services software and software services, today announced the acquisition of Citigroup’s Alternative Investor Services activity, which includes Hedge Fund Services and Private Equity Fund Services, to $ 425 million, subject to certain adjustments.

The transaction is subject to the approvals of the relevant regulatory authorities and other customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2016.
